Palm Based GTD
Using Palms productively

My current system

I haven't made a lot of changes but felt like I should recap what I'm doing. For work, I use an index card tickler file. It's used for reference items and for accounts that I want to check back up on. I use Mobile Note on my Palm. I've continued to use wiki names for projects. I have a home page with links to my projects and my someday/maybe items. For things like overtime, I have those in a section at the top called actions. I'm using Handyshopper for my bill pay log, to track our net pay, and to track food storage items. I went to that instead of Mobile DB because I can get a total dollar amount. And since it's free, I can use it on both of my Palms. I'm still using Accounts & Loans. I tried Splash Money but I just can't see spending any more money on it. And I still use PSMemo.

The two Teal Point programs I use are Teal Script and Teal Auto. I'm not that good at updating Teal Auto, but I do have a lot of stuff in it and expect to use it more in the future. I still have Find Memos, iSilo, Splash Photo and Quik Budget installed but use them infrequently. Same thing with pTools. BackupMan is my backup program and I use AeroPlayer for tunes. I may register Uninstall as I like it and have been using it.

And that's about it. I go over my stuff in Mobile Note on Mondays or Fridays, just to make sure I don't miss anything. I go over my tickler file daily. I have a small Moleskinne weekly planner that I use for quotes and sketches. It's a system that works for me and doesn't seem to lead to tweaking.
